Zhink New Material has established a Green Supply Chain Management System and fully embraced the concept of environmentally friendly procurement. It has seamlessly integrated the principles of green supply chain management into its strategic development plan. This includes defining green supply chain objectives for various departments and actively advancing the company's initiatives in this domain. The company's comprehensive approach involves creating a sustainable strategy for green supply chain management. This strategy entails a focus on eco-friendly research and development, the implementation of green supplier management practices, the promotion of green production and recycling, as well as the establishment of a system to gather and monitor environmentally conscious information.
The ultimate goal is to infuse green supply chain principles throughout the entirety of the company's operations, spanning product research, design, procurement, manufacturing, and recycling. This holistic approach encompasses the identification of opportunities and potential risks related to energy resources and the environment, while also leveraging the inherent advantages of green supply chain management.
Upon the completion of the Zhengkai Digital Spinning Industrial Park project, the company will achieve an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of premium specialty fiber blended yarn. These products will find versatile applications across industries like automotive interiors and home decoration. This will contribute to environmentally friendly and antibacterial features within these sectors. Consequently, it will optimize resource utilization along the entire industry chain, curbing pollution, and propelling sustainable development in downstream industries.
