It pioneered the implementation of small batch and multi-variety APS intelligent production scheduling in the spinning sector. High integration of multiple systems such as ERP and MES, RFID intelligent identification, material traceability, quality online detection and control and other functions, filled numerous gaps in the domestic field and developed the industry's first large-scale customized intelligent integrated management platform. As a result, the production quality is more consistent, the production cost is significantly lower, and R&D cycle is now considerably shorter.
